Our Studio, 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom Shacks are situated in a compound between E Ashley Ave and E Cooper Ave, creating an affordable and unique vacation experience. It's a 2-minute walk to the 4th E Beach Access, while a 7-minute walk will take you to Center Street, home to Folly's well-known bars, restaurants, and shops. Our house is across the street from the main compound on E Arctic Ave, making it easy to reach in case of any needs. Whole House accommodations that are larger and more secluded are located further away from our main compound and Center Street.

Shore Shack is a 2 BR / 2 Bath house downstairs from our place and is located across the street from 4th St beach access. Whole House accommodations that are larger and more secluded are located further away from our main compound and Center Street.
OUR SHACKS
WHOLE HOUSE RENTALS
Besides our main compound that contains studios and two-bedroom units, we also have six whole-house properties with a range of options. These include an oceanfront cottage with two bedrooms, several three-bedroom houses with decks, porches, and peek –a-boo ocean views and a four-bedroom house with a huge open deck and magnificent view of the ocean. The non-oceanfront houses are just a short distance away from the beach. Each rental home has its own entrance and a private driveway; some are just two blocks away from Center Street, and others are a mile away for more privacy.
